Refund policy

We stand behind everything we create. Because when you bet on yourself, you don’t cut corners.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.


What Can Be Returned:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered gear

  • In original condition with tags/labels intact

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery


What Can’t Be Returned:

  • Worn, damaged, or stained items

  • Washed items or items with strong odors (cologne, deodorant, sweat)

  • Final sale items or limited edition drops (if stated as non-returnable)

  • Returned after 30 days of delivery

🔄 Exchanges:

Need a different size? We got you.

  • Contact us at jason@raycashcare.com with your order number and requested size

  • We’ll walk you through the process and get the right size in your hands


💰 Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.)


🚚 Return Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • If there was an error on our part, we’ll cover the return label


📩 How to Start a Return:

  1. Email jason@raycashcare.com with:

    • Subject: RETURN – Order #[your order number]

    • Include reason for return and photo (if needed)

  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions
