Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.)
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
If there was an error on our part, we’ll cover the return label
